Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without original packaging or missing components

• Clearance or final sale products

Return Process

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the address to send the item.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
